This book is 3 years in the making ...

Well, technically, I finished writing Ember Unleashed at the end of 2023, then spent the next two years writing the rest of the 5 books in the series.

Then came the edits.

I won't bore you with all the details. Unless you want me to one of these days. Reply to this email and let me know if you're interested in how books get made. Maybe I'll give you a backstage look at the gritty details.

It involves a lot of dark chocolate and a lot of caffeine.

Now, here we are, a little over 3.5 months from the release date.

Oh, yeah, the release date is July 28, 2026. Unless I get impatient. Which I tend to do. Ssshhh ...

TOMORROW is the big cover reveal for the public. However, you being my lovely starlight readers, you get the first look.

Plus, tomorrow is also the kickoff for the Kickstarter for this book. I'm super excited (and a little nervous), though, because this is my first Kickstarter.

Y'all need to come out and follow my Kickstarter to see what happens!

The Kickstarter will run through May 6.

If you'd like to help me get the word out about the Kickstarter, here's how you can help starting TOMORROW:

1. Actually, you can follow the Kickstarter TODAY, then ...
2. Share the Kickstarter with family/friends who like reading YA fantasy/dystopian.
3. Share the Kickstarter on your socials (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, etc.)
